Anne has been working as a Psychotherapist since 1997. Her comprehensive training including an MSc in Psychotherapy and her long experience enables her to work extensively and deeply with clients in all aspects of their lives. When Anne was an Artist in Residence (Musician) and a member of the Arts ability Team in Wexford she worked with Music and Psychotherapy with clients with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. Anne has developed the Creative Music Workshop and facilities workshops to bring her joy of and passion for music to everyone. Anne is currently involved in research in the area of the number of people who were told they could not sing. She works with people who thought they could not sing, when in fact they can. The therapeutic advantage of this is how it brings the singers to a different place in their lives, from being silenced to being heard and most of all the joy of knowing they can sing.

Her work as a Psychotherapist includes:

One to One with Teenagers and Adults, Couples, Conflict Resolution and Career and Business Mentoring.

Anne works as a Group Supervisor and on a one to one basis with Psychotherapist, Counsellors, Mental Health Professionals and mentors business owners and managers. She is the volunteer supervisor for the local Resource Centre Counselling Service.

Anne has served on the boards of the Irish Association for Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy, the European Association for Psychotherapy and is a former Chair of The Irish Council for Psychotherapy. Anne is also a former Chair of the first Women in Business NETWORK which was founded in 1984. She is a singer and composer.

Finbarr 0’Donoghue is an Accredited Psychotherapist with Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and registered with the Irish Council for Psychotherapy. The minimum training standards for this accreditation is 7 years. He works in private practice and in addition to this is referred clients from the HSE. He specialises in Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents and has an MSc in Child Art Psychotherapy (CAP) from UCD.

Finbarr believes in the voice of the child. In his work, he brings the needs of the child to the forefront particularly when they are frightened, anxious, angry or suffering psychologically in any way. His use of Art and Sand-play brings him into the world of the child, helping the child to communicate their needs and fears when they may not have the language or vocabulary to do so.

He also provides one to one Psychotherapy and Counselling to Adults.

He has experience working with trauma, adoption and fostering issues, child and teenage anxiety, family conflict and panic attacks.

He provides Supervised Access, Family Negotiation, Parenting Skills, Anger Management (One to One), Court reports as requested by a Judge/Solicitor. He works with Social Workers, Solicitors and Barristers.

Finbarr is a former Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. He is currently a member of the financial working group and is one of two Regional Representatives for the South East.

He is a former board member of the Gorey Chamber of Commerce and was on the Services to Business Committee During that time provided business mentoring to Transition Year Students in local schools. He is a former board member of the County Wexford Chamber of Commerce.
